Looks great. How many miles did it have and if you don’t mind, what did you sell it for?

Oh no, I just bought it not sold it. It has 40k and I paid $3k for it.

Awesome. Do you like it? I bought a tw200 for off road and back road but I saw a hornet 7 years ago and have been wanting one ever since.

I haven't been able to ride it much yet, only 10 or so rides, but yeah I'm a fan so far! I spent the first month or so with it getting it out of deep maintenance debt from the previous owner, still have lots of little random jobs to finish up.

Brought home my first 919 on Saturday. 2007 with 1040 miles. I spent my budget and don't have the cash for new tires yet. The bike was garaged but I'm told by almost everyone not to ride till I change tires

Agreed with the others, do not ride on the original tires no matter what they look like. Common knowledge says MC tires are good for 5-7 years max, you're at basically triple that.
