Funny. I just sent a rotten "Y" link off to a fabricator for estimate to either repair or fabricate new. I'll let ya know what I find out. Might be too expensive. You can always get new and cut out the cat.
My Y link is fine but the little bracket that connects to the bottom of the bike is cracked and broke. A while back there were some people making little brackets that could connect under the bike instead. I just don't have the tools to do this. Be interesting to know what they quote you though.

I shall reply when I get info. I do have aftermarket link "Y" pipes (without cat), and they were £60 each - but they are no longer available.

On your bracket. Aren't they just a small cylinder with the rubber gromets and sleeve?? Should be a simple weld repair if memory serves. Can I also suggest getting the downpipes ceramic coated? Discoloration is a thing of the past and heat dissipation is a little better.

Hope the cracked bracket gets sorted.
Best
