I'm starting this in case one day i'm looking for something to do for my bike and I have no motivation. A couple words with a picture or 2 might give someone the iniciative to start a new mod or even wash his or her bike.

18 months? Yikes!
18 months? Yikes!
Yea...Building a new location, moving everything 3000 miles and then the toll of Dan Kyle dying on me has not left me a lot of time for anything other than a desperate attempt to manage 2 businesses in an economic downturn created on purpose by people intent on destroying the world's economy so they can create a new one.

I've gone through all the pictures. Your work looks like that of an ace surgeon!
Hello Mcromo44, thank you again for the procedure for setting the Racetech springs and the rebound adjuster.

You are most welcome!

I can only imagine the burden of it all.
Hang in there!
It can't be forever, so that means there is an end.

Fixed my tire stuff up and painted the rim. Also scrubbed the crap out of the rear brake rotor.

New chain and sprockets. OEM 16/43. So far I’m liking it. Was using 17/44.
Also went with 112 link endless chain. Only just got it on. Had to leave the rear tyre hugger off for the first run cause the tyre was rubbing on it.
16/43 was OEM, right?
"endless chain" ? No master link??:unsure:
Yes 16/43 was OEM setup and I brought OEM sprockets. The front sprocket has a dampener. Definitely is quiet. No sprocket noise.
The chain is DID 112 links and no master link. To fit it was easy. I’ve reversed the swing arm axle/bolt so just a couple of bolts and that side plate comes off.

Hello folks, good to see continued activity on here :-D
As of late I've been missing my 9er, missing the low end grunt that my Honda scoot definitely lacks.

My current supercharged Audi wagon is keeping me on edge speed wise

I didn't do anything in particular, just a very nice autumn ride here in Quebec:

Did the same -- I picked up this '07 with 6500mi two weekends ago, replaced the 16yo OEM rubber with new Michelin Road 6es, replaced brake pads f/r, brake fluid f/r, oil change, air filter, cleaned/lubed/adjusted the chain, LED bulbs all around... and hit the road. Planning on doing the plugs in the next couple of weeks as it feels like the motor could be smoother, but it's a blast!
