Need help identifying bolt- under right side crankcase

Can anyone ID this bolt? I'm not seeing it on any part diagrams. I'm doing some other work on the bike and want to remove and clean it up, but don't know exactly what it does. Didn't want to risk inadvertently loosening something internal.

Hmm, maaaaybe #26 here? https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/2006/cb900f-a-919/crankcase

If so, looks like they may be partially holding the head on, which makes me pretty hesitant to remove.

Leave it alone.
It's a crankcase bolt.
Never touch those unless you have to, as in to take the engine apart.
You could wire brush it with a small brush then paint it will something like Tremclad.
