If they have a dot, they are JIS. If they lack a dot they are phillips. However I was told "Phillips is designed to protect the driver, JIS is designed to get the damn screw out." That being said I have an iso8somethingsomethingsomething that is supposed to be JIS and I use it on everything that resembles a phillips screw because they work so much better.
As a machine type, the 919 is what is called Hard Metric in terms of overall dimensioning, threading and rolling element bearings.
So it'll only have JIS and never any Phillips.
BUT, having said that, the drive chain sizing is an American inch based standard, not metric at all, same re the drive and driven sprockets.
