I don't remember what all locks out but make sure it's in neutral, clutch in, sidestand up. Does the exhaust smell of fuel? If it sat for a long time, you may have clogged injectors. Does the cranking sound healthy, or is the battery weak?

Side stand is up, clutch in and in neutral. Cranks with no issues, battery and starter are solid. I will check the Injectors, i checked the pump and it was fine.

Hmmmmm
20 year old 919
cranks well (therefore battery voltage should be OK)
fuel pump primes so assumed is that there is fuel rail pressure
there is spark
beefsalad has called out injectors as being a possible culprit (be it prime, or supplemental)
suggest that the fuel pressure regulator's diaphragm be considered as a possible culprit - BUT when those are the sole problem, the bike typically starts however the inside cylinders only partially combust to the point that their head pipes run cool in comparison to the outside cylinder head pipes.

Are you in an area that is now cold? If it has summer gas in the tank it may not fire in cold temps. Kind of unlikely though these bikes will run on swamp water I’m nearly certain.
Sorry to ask but is there fuel in the tank?
you can disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail. There is a banjo bolt. Cycle the key and see if fuel gets pumped out. If so it is a safe bet the injectors are getting fuel.
Before going too deep past that after cranking for a bit pull some plugs and see if they are wet with fuel.

It ran fine within the last 10 weeks or so.
It cranks, the fuel pump makes the priming sound, it sparks, but it won't start.

1
What is your starting technique re throttle opening and enrichener setting?

2
Has any work been done on the bike since it last ran in November?
(Including something as innocent sounding as removing and reinstalling the battery.)
If yes, what was done.

3
Is there any indication of any combustion from any of the cylinders?
As in somewhere between absolutely nothing, to randomly firing, to seeming to catch but then dying and stalling out?

4
Picking up on touring919's post:
When was the last time you put gas in the tank?
What is the ambient air temp you are trying to start it?

5
Is there a Power Commander on the bike?

Stock bike. The bike had the fuel pump serviced in September, i checked the banjo bolt up to the fuel rail and the pump ran fuel to the rail. Checked the spark plugs after cranking for a bit and they looked dry.
How would i go about cleaning out the injectors?

remove from intake, remove o-rings, rig up clips so you can fire the injector (these are meant to have a very short "on" cycle, do not hold them open". rig up a method to force injector cleaner through them. I used a series of tubing and heatshrink, ultimately using the heatshrink to "seal" the spray can to the injector. A 3rd/4th hand helps to fire the can of cleaner, and the injector rapidly though you can do it solo. You should see a distinct pattern when they are properly clean. Then fire it with compressed air in the opposite direction to blow out any particulates that may be stuck in the filter. Plenty of youtube videos on DIY injector cleaning. Alternative is find an injector service. Wanting to say I paid $300 to have 8 injectors cleaned when I paid someone else to do it for my truck.
