Very interesting...
It's about time something cool came out of the Tech Park.

I recognize the carrier for the bike too. Might have to start saving now.

Ouchy, $900 per rotor plus special Ferodo pads are required.

But the brakes kind of blow chunks unless they are heated up right? So wouldn't that be bad in cities and other local riding?

It's my understanding that the whole awesomeness of this ceramic is that it's not like carbon/carbon in that it doesn't need to be hot, but is light like carbon, cheaper than carbon and longer lasting than iron. Looks like they're saying it's the best streetable braking option while also being the best track option too.

Wonder if MBNA would like to raise my credit limit by a few grand...
