cylinder 4 is not combusting
cyl4 ignition coil does have sparks

used the cyl3 ignition coil and it still wont fire

i am now tearing into the injectors - as of now the tank is out
will continue tomorrow

bike cranks, starts right of and idles but cyl4 is not burning as i can hold the header4 inlike 1-3
any tips before more parts/vac lines come off my mc? thanks!

good point, i will re install the tank and its lines and test for it
also was reading the service manual and it says we can 'hear' the injector by using an audio stick, will check for it as well before continuing the teardown

Perhaps also swap the injector with another and see if the problem moves with it.

cyl4 now ok, carb cleaner on the injector did the job

did test the injector and wire harness by tapping pos and ground wires from the battery to their respective points

Was there crap in the injector filter basket?

i have no idea, i failed to loosen the three bolts holding the tube that locks the injectors
so i just feed the entire tube with carb cleaner and let the solvent run through the injectors by engaging them using the mc's batt and some wires
