Lets recap. Camel can't get anyone to put Biaggi on a bike with their sponsorship. Biaggi goes to Superbike most likely. Rossi gets his sponsor?!?! Who said that Rossi was anti-tabacco? I guess Rossi just wanted to destroy Biaggi!

Rossi's anti tobacco ad position relates to his interests to Ferrari, and when you're the big dog and represent your team as well as Rossi does, you prettymuch get what you want, except in this case.
