My point of the test was to prove whether or not the Autotune was a suitable replacement for a proper dyno tune. Under basically the same controlled conditions and tuning inputs I would have used on a dyno I ended up with a comparable map that proved the Autotune in the right hands is as good as a proper dyno tune.

Having said that just like working on a dyno you could just as easily screw up a perfectly good mapping by not following proper procedures or by just being inept at tuning principles.

you could try the power commander V. I called dynojet one day. They said that you could put the pcV on a 919. They just don't offically endorse it since the 919 is no longer being manufactured. Then you just use a 919 map.

If you're really good, or have enough money, you could install an o2 sensor into the exhaust and get the auto tune module. That would be sweet. It adjusts everything on the fly.

Did you get a part number? My local tuner thinks a 5 would fit, but figuring out which one is part of the solution. Any one out there do the research?

No, probably not. Dyno Tune don't even know which PC-V will work. Have any of you fitted one to your Hornet? A 5, that is.

I think to take advantage of the PC V advantages over the PCIII you would need a gear indicator (919 doesn't have) and an O2 sensor to be able to use Auto-tune module. The 919 doesn't have an O2 sensor either. You could add one though.

Just FYI, we still have some of the much desired and now discontinued PCV units for the 919 (and many other models for that matter) left in stock...

If you have a 919 and were on the fence this is the time to get one! When they are gone the only option will be the newer PC6 which limits the adjustability to the end user.

So Dynojet has lifted MAP Pricing Policy for the now DISCO PCV units. $350 Shipped in the USA and I have a bunch of them still on the shelf just for you guys!

We also have the PC6 for those that want those, but so far nobody has bought one that I can recall... Everybody just wants the PCV and btw when these are gone they are GONE!
