It's pretty straightforward but helpful if you can also acquire the F3 axle and spacers to give you a range to choose from.
To within thousandths of an inch, which is a piece of cake for any machinist.i have the vfr wheel axle and spacers and everything. but unsure of which spacers to cut down? do i cut just one down or all of them?
but the axle from the wheel is shorter than the stock 919 axle so i will use my stock 919 axle.
ideally wheel would be perfectly centered. realistically how centered do i need to get it?

Ahhh, now I catch on that you have a VFR front wheel. I'll be honest, I do not know anything about the difference between that wheel and an F3 wheel.yes i have access to drop box info. but from what it seems in the dropbox i’m cutting down all 3 spacers, but i did some math and it did not seem to add up properly so just wanted some direction on what spacers to cut down? and by how much? anyone personally done this mod
