2013 CB500F transponder key?

OEM key blanks are less than $20. I'd say no chip

Thanks rufftup... I was thinking the same. I went through the owner's manual which I had previously noted included reference to the HISS system. Turns out that it only exists on some models. If it has it, "HISS" shows up on the instrument screen. This one doesn't have it.

Pretty sure that HISS was Global except for NorAm, or The Americas.
