Thrice

Sorry and embarrassed to say this , but, another rider in Monroe, La busted himself up today. Witnesses say he was riding along a big wide city street when he just locked up his brakes and high centered in the middle of the street. He and bike flipped many times before stopping. He's also in very serious condition. It's things like this that keeps Congress grinning about bike safety.

JohnnyB I keep my snake where it belongs....except now and then I take it out for a game of hide the snake. I always bring it with my when I take a ride. I even stop and let it out every so often, but only while at a full stop. I never have to tie it up with twine cause it does whatever I tell it to.
But I gotta admit, if I was riding along and it fell off...I'd probably go back and get it.

dream That guy's such a dumb***...I bet he had no insurance and the bike was financed upside-down. After he gets out of the hospital it's going to hurt more than a rattler bite.

Berto61 They go together when the Bimmer is stolen!

Kristen Somehow, voodoo and BMW don't seem to go together.

Of course, in NO, who knows?

Berto61 Santaria (sp?), not Sansrit.

Berto61 Being that it happened in New Orleans, it probably had something to do with Gris Gris (Voodoo and Sanskrit). I've seen chicken bones arranged in strange patterns in the back windows of cars, black cat bone, etc. Nothing surprises me in that Third World town.

jetblast10 This cracks me up. All I can think of regarding riding around with a dead rattlesnake tied with twine to my motorcycle.

Tk919 The guy was clearly not thinking at all .. a snake falling off the bike is hardly worth almost dieing for...

dream I picked up a pair of strong compression straps at a bike show for $20! Less than 1/10,000 that guy's bill for not using them.

From my old hometown online news paper. There should be an IQ test to get your motorcycle endorsement.
