Update on wrecked KLR

I've been doing a little work over the past few days to the KLR to get it up and running again. I bought some Renthal bars wednesday and threw 'em on to make the thing operable again. The Maier hand guards held up extremely well, the only damage is on the left one where it slid down the interstate, I put them back on the new bars. The only thing that I really need to fix is the right front turn signal and right mirror to get every thing almost back to normal. I took it on a short ride and it felt great, like I never crashed the thing. I don't have any pictures at the moment but I will post some up tomorrow after I put the D606s back on it.

Very cool. Great to hear you up and running again so soon. Any news on the chick that walked in front of you?

Negative on any news of the chick, I should be getting the police report in the next week or two and I'll take things from there. She should have been ticketed for a few things but I'm waiting on all the paper work to determine a course of action.
