My Project Bike

Here is what Ive been working on since I have been back, its not 2 wheels but thought maybe somebody might like to see it , Its a 1990 Suzuki Quadracer aka...Quadzilla. 500cc Two stroke Only made 3 years due to it being deemed unsafe - Had the motor dune play ported, new crank & welded, rear cylinder ears reinforced, lightened fly wheel, new seals through out the motor, new piston, new heavy clutch springs, carb redone from a 38mm to a 42.5, Custom Exhaust with billet flange, everything that could be replaced has or it got sandblasted and repainted, one year project. The kickback is so severe that don't wanna start this with new balance shoes and shorts on as my second picture shows, one slip and your done, that was me yesterday. Enjoy str8

I know a guy that used to have one--he literally brokle his leg kickstarting it when it kicked back, he was in a boot cast from the knee down for an entire summer. Another guy I know raced one in his youth. He tells some stories. One is his buddy was riding one, some how flipped himself, the machine landed on his back still running & throttle stuck. It did a burnout on his back & removed all the skin. He had to stay at the hospital burn unit for awhile & everyday they scraped the scab off his entire back with a wire brush until it was clean. You could hear him screaming from down the hall.

In other words: COOL AS HELL!!!

Yeah its been two days and my leg was still bleeding yesterday, got a bruise about 6in down and 6 in wide, and sore ass hell. If I can just get it fired off and the motor broken in it will be a little easier, but Im going to look for some riding boots today. It will be couple more days before I can even try to kick that thing anyways. str8

Yeah I dont think I could find enough guys to help me push start, maybe a tow start by a car. This thing is a brute I dont think we could push start it. Owell have boots now, now I just have to go keep kicking till I get fired over, new motor with new carb so its a little bit of a out of tweak, need to put the final touches on it.str8
