Than one cop (there were two of them) came up to me and said: "Do you always do 65 in 50?" me: "No sir". Him: "license registration, I guess you just didn't notice you were speeding, right?" Me: "that could be the case, I'm sorry about that officer". Then he checked my registration ran my license and said: "sorry about that, try not to speed next time."

I was so exited about it, I went to a local state park, ripped through some dirt roads and low sided in some gravel on a steep up-down hill with 90' turn on the bottom. . It was one fun but windy day.

no, you don't want that. You want FCR39 from DRZ E or FCR39MX.

I would strongly suggest getting new FCR39MX. A couple of $100 more but it's cheap insurance and no headaches down the road

It's amazing how much more it takes to handle the bike on slicks in dirt vs knobbies. Bike has zero damage, it just slid down on my boot, didn't even touch the ground except it's kickstand.

Best boots ever for under $200. I couldn't even feel 250lbs of bike pushing down on them

It fits the S,E,K,KE hubs, current bid on eBay is only $5, wondering if I'll even get $40, might have been a mistake posting eBay

Figured I'd rekindle an old thread...... I sold the DR650 SM that I had last year and decided to buy a KTM 450 SX supermoto. Been having some fun this past summer attending a couple local supermoto track days......

That thing sure looks like a lotta fun!

When I die I want to die peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather did....not screaming in horror like the passengers in the backseat of his car.

+1! If I lived in a place where I couldn't ride off road I'd so buy a SM but a dual sport would suit my needs a little better.
