I have found motorcycle Zen

And it comes in the form of Heated Grips!

Why in the hell did not one person tell me to hurry up and do this?!

I went with the Triumph Brand because it was plug and play. Install took 30 minutes.

Because I thought I had it all covered when I told you to buy a BMW.

Haha! I hear you. However, I have no complaints on my choice of Adv Bike.

Ragdoll, the Triumph Grips are pricey and specifically designed for the Triumphs. Their handle bars alreadyhave cutouts designed for them.

You could make other bars work, but i am not sure thay are worth the effort at $200.

So, does this mean you are gonna help me with mine? Because I doubt the Strom was designed with these in mind. I foresee lots of wire straps, and electrical tape in my future. My Powerlet should be here tomorrow. Maybe that will get me in the mode of electrical mods.

P.S. If you see a big puff of smoke due Southwest, call, and make sure I didn't blow anything up.

There's pleanty of generic kits available. I rode a 350 Honda quad fitted with them. You just need to slip the metal thingies under the grip. It's not as pretty but it does the trick. The ones I used made my hands sweat under my poofy glove. They work.

There are pleanty of plug and play vests, pants, and gloves too.

I suggest asking a mechanic or someone knowlegeable what the alternator can handle if your bike wasn't designed to handle the extra load. Most bikes can handle one electrical item, but not two without alternator mods.
