Thanks for the comments guys...
You now have no excuse not
to attend the Northeast WT BBQ in July.
The soonest I'll be on that coast, with her, is next March
Beautiful bike Ray! Let the long distance touring begin!
I'll be hitting 50yrs next year and the dream of riding across the country will become reality as I'm going to ship her to Daytona BikeWeek and my Wife and I will ride her back to California
Congrats Ray! That is the sweetest ST on the planet!!!
When my SO sees you both enjoying it... my bike budget will increase.
Let's both hope so...
Tell them to order two!!!! That way you'll have one for me to ride when I come see you.
Congrats on the new bike (order).
I'll still have my fully insured NightHawk and blinged out 919 for any wristtwister that's coming my way...
Wow - lucky you!
The waiting is the hardest part......
I've actually been planning this purchase for two years, as I wanted the new GT but I wasn't willing to get the first model year. I also knew I would pay off my truck loan this April and that gave me the opportunity to save up some more $$$$$.
Very nice. So, did you go with the blue?
I went with a fully loaded GT in Dark Graphite Metallic, with the Dark Slate Metallic Side Covers and the low Black heated seats. They don't have one in the USA, so that's why they special ordered it for me
Let's be serious. You'll understand why she approved about two weeks after you get it. Trust me, she's got something up her sleeve...
Well I got that out of the way already, as six years ago we purchased two Labrador retrievers and they proceeded to destroy our back yard... they played tug of war with the fruit trees, stripping off all of the bark and then pulling out plants, shrubs and everything else that was alive back there. It looked like the Afghani countryside after an A10 Warthog went through there. Well now that the doggies are older and have settled down my wife pined for a new yard... so I succumbed to her request for a landscape architect and crew to re-invent our backyard. Now after $30K in improvements, the wife is very happy.
and you boys know the saying: "If Momma’s not happy, no ones happy."
