2003 Victory v92c Sidestand HELP

Hi, all!

I was approaching my girlfriend's gravel driveway, slowing down to make my turn onto it, but the asshat behind me wasn't slowing down. I turned kind of abruptly and, long story short, I laid my 2003 Victory Classic Cruiser down. I'm fine - I actually swung my leg over and stood up as I went down. The bike - well, I had to bend the highway bar back into place, which went well - but as I stood up when I went down, I must've hit the sidestand spring, because it came loose from the frame (the frame side of the spring, not the sidestand). Maybe I'm just blind, but I can't see where it attaches to the frame, and I don't currently have an extra 70 bucks for a service manual. Can anybody point me in the right direction? I'd appreciate it.

Can you check a diagram on a parts site to see if you can find the location? Like bikebandit.com?

I looked at the parts diagram on a dealer website - it was an exploded view and didn't show where it attached.
