I had one and have thought about picking one up again. That seems a little pricey for the condition it's in. I'm sure you can haggle a little. These have become quite the collectors item these days.
Alot of fun these things have a wicked powerband. Nothing like some two stroke dirts I've ridden but pretty close. Suspension upgrades would be first on the list they wobble a little so a dampener is on top of the list also.

Description: This 1984 RZ350 Yamaha signifies the end of the 2-stroke era. It is a
liquid cooled engine that uses Yamaha’s power valve system (YPVS) which is an
ingenious system which uses a microprocessor to vary the exhaust port opening
according to engine RPM. These bikes often referred to as “Kenny Roberts’s
specials” were really street legal race bikes that produced high horsepower for
a 350 and had a top speed of over 120 miles an hour. They have a very strong
following today in the US and overseas. This is a highly sought after original
mileage bike that will be fantastic addition to anyone’s collection

hondaf4iguy, brings up a good thing here. The new bikes today are wonderful pieces. But, instead of going out and spending new bike prices. You can pick up some very nice examples of classics out there.
