Vintage Motorcycle Show in St. Joe

What a great surprise - heard a rumor there was a bunch of vintage Japanese motorcycles at the Holiday Inn downtown.

Did some research, sure enough, supposed to be something going on

VJMC.org

So, I ride my little self down there are promptly as possible -

Hold on here - what is that, a Seca 900!

Early GS1100E

And a Kawasaki what?

Old CB750

CB350-4

CB350 Scrambler

Trail 90

And a Gas Gas -

Pretty cool stuff - and I find out there is going to be a show at 12:00 Saturday in the hotel parking lot - sounds good to me!

I run home, do my chores and head back -

GB500 arrived in from St. Louis -

Along with another GS1100 -

Lot more people -

Rounding up the bikes -

Nice older Gold Wing

Good stuff, looking forward to tomorrow!

Man them GS1100's are sweet! That red 750 was cool too, I had a 84(?) Suzuki Tempter 650 that I "borrowed" from my Brother In Law to learn how to ride on. I love the chrome fenders... brings dead brain cells back to life kinda! Keep them pics comin!

2007 CB900f- sold
2009 K1300s- rockin out

Todays pictures -

Turnout was lower than normal for a few reasons, but hey, I was not the only one that had a great time so at least I'm calling it a success.

Here come more pictures, let's see what this forum can handle......

Anytime, and that is one of my favorites too, although I would prefer an "old school" fairing, but to each their own, it works -

And it is a runner too. The owner just completed the dual disc conversion to make sure it is a stopper as well.

I've got some pictures somewhere of the engine build. Big bore, or course, welded crank, built to go fast and to last.

Thanks again and you're all welcome, my pleasure

Best in show = RD400. I'll take it. Runner up I'd go with the CB350 four cylinder. Love both of those bikes.
