My new bike

I figured I'd post some pictures of the new bike. 1986 Yamaha Radian.

It runs great. When I got it the idle speed was very low, I turned it was all good. Anyone know if you have to drain the oil to tension the cam chain on this?

Kewel. I remember when the Radian came out. I wanted one. But I got the Ascot instead.

It's my first bike, and it has been great so far. Runs flawlessly.

It's no problem. I have the service manual and it doesn't mention draining it. I'm going to do the smart thing and wait until I'm due for a change before i pop the timing cover off.

That bike looks to be in really good shape. Congrats on the purchase.

its good to see first bikes not brand new bikes. cherish your experience, learn to ride and learn its quirks! And if and when you upgrade, you will appreciate the newer "new" one even more. good job son.

I may not have a lot to say but it doesn't mean I don't listen.

Thanks for all the comments! That was the idea of buying this bike, I wanted something to learn with and something that I could down if necessary without feeling horrible because it already has dings and scrapes.
