I could easily be done in a couple minutes, you guys and gals know it. Especially if I had all the tools laid out.

If I removed the tool kit, which allows that rear fender to swing up all the way - that would of added a second and subtracted several.

I've heard that with the stock exhaust, you have to add some time to loosen and possibly remove the muffler - no big deal, just a little more time.

All back together now and ready to ride - I'm excited to see how well the Continental Milestones perform. I keep hearing Continental is the number one brand in Europe, must be for a reason.

The Dunlop D404's failed to impress me, other than being "inexpensive", they were OK I guess, but, well, whatever, they're history......

Cheat - cheat, oh man, I was not trying to cheat, just "knock it out"!

I guess I could of loosened all the nuts prior to turning the camera on, and maybe doing a "dry run" just to make sure it all went slick -

Makes me wonder, could it be done in under a minute........

I think I can have the rear off my 919 in under 5 minutes. That includes the swingarm.
