Landsdown Street in Boston in the 80's! WHOO HOO! Good times! Batting average was perfect in those days. Narcissus was another easy "home run" zone. Dunster Street in Cambridge, etc.
Thanks for bringing back some great memories and times! The days in college where I was so poor and working so much ... we had a saying, "will f##k for food." The mid to late 20's nurses at Mass General and other local hosptals were the best targets.
This was my dream bike at the time ... how funny now that it seemed so out of reach!
It's better to have loved and lost than live with the psycho for life!
of course the manditory bell helmet! they are totally still totally the bestest helmets ever! EVER! that's a neat pic... in 88... i was learning how to jump my bike over the cracks in the sidewalk. i am pretty sure my neighbor could bunny hop the high line wires. he was my hero.

Man I was living the dream back then! Not a care in the world. Driving a POS Audi Fox my Dad found for me for next to nothing. Had summers all to myself, freedom was the theme... and I had it! Ahhhhhhh.......
I must be getting old, to me that picture looks like the 70's. Hell, 88 ain't that far back.
GS1100E huh? Did Suzuki make those in every damn size known to man? My dad and I had matching GS L's. He has the 81' 850, I had the 82' 550. Notice I said "has". He still rides the same bike he bought back in 82.
In 88' I was jr high, so I was still on my 1974 Kawasaki 100 enduro. Didn't get the Suzuki until 1990.
