where to buy 919 exhaust

okay, I have searched at length, looking for where to buy the exhausts you guys run on your 919. So if you know a "good website"(fair price) to purchase any of the below exhausts I listed below, please post it and if you don't mind, how much they cost - thanks a bunch.

1. Akrapovic, stainless or carbon fiber

2. Yoshimura, carbon fiber

3. Jardine

4. I know it is a long shot, Sato??

I just installed Yoshimura TRS slip ons in stainless.
I was unable to get carbon. I was told they are no longer available for the 919.
I would have liked Sato, but thought they we too much$.

The bike ran crappy with these and was too loud for my liking.
I put in the supplied low volume inserts and the bike ran good again.
If I decide to run without the inserts I guess I need a Power Commander.
I think I will keep it as is. It sounds better than stock and the new cans look better.

I bought mine here, you can even read my review. Don't forget to take out the baffle, totally quiet until you do.

they are 562.00 each, correct? I assume they are identical left and right, meaning you can mount either slip on on either side?

Not knocking the yosh pipes but with Sato's, You get what you pay for...Top quality! You wouldn't be disappointed and you can look at it this way. You buy a less expensive system, end up not happy with them, sell them for a loss and them buy the Sato's

Just a thought...Sato's not only look good...they perform just as good if not better!

I bought mine from parts411.com

they are and were by far the cheapest for the yoshi. nearly $100 cheaper than kneedragger

$462 for stainless :

http://www.parts411.com/acbasp/store...1125C8751.aspx

and they do have the carbon....no titanium

$612

http://www.parts411.com/acbasp/store...1123C8751.aspx

I caught them for free shipping when i got mine.

** Also note the yoshi's done look like the pics, they have stubby ends on them, not like in the pictures.

I have a set of brand new still-in-the-box Ti Sato's and a PCIII with a Dan Kyle Map that I might be talked into parting with if the price is right.

I bought the Yoshi's because of the better price...

In my opinion, they might be cheaper for a several reasons:
1. Yoshimura has been selling exhaust for a long time.
2. They probably sell more than other brands do.
3. There are far more companies to buy Yoshimura from which drops price.

I got mine at Star Cycle. I did a search of almost 15 online retailers, and even priced other brands. This place had the lowest price and got them to me fast! It wasn't that price was an issue, but I was on an "ordering spree" and therefore wanted to keep the entire total of all toys to a certain limit.

Here is a copy of my receipt printed from my e-mail:

Order Date: 02/01/09

1 02-07 Honda CB919 Yoshimura TRS Slip-on Exhaust SS/SS
@ $525.95 = $525.95

1 Free T-Shirt
(LG) @ $0.00 = $0.00

Sub-Total: $525.95
Shipping: $13.77
TOTAL: $539.72
