Stupid Question about exhaust

This may be a dumb question but, does anyone know if running without the slip-ons is illegal in florida?

Just open pipes? That would violate noise restrictions here.

But all the people in FL are old and can't hear.

Well the bike is actually not that loud.... about the same as my father in laws 750 aero with custom pipes. But I may just throw the pipes back on tonight anyhow... It does sound kinda sick though...

You have to remove the sticker on the swingarm that complains about tampering with the exhaust and federal noise restrictions and so on. Then you'll be good to go!

Most aftermarket exhausts are illegal for road use, so I imagine that without any mufflers at all would be very illegal, if anyone wanted to enforce it that is
