speed limiter for asia market

i am vietnamese , i am on use the hornet 919 asia market , i have a problem that is speed limiter , the Europe market max speed is 240 or 260 km/h the asia only 180 km/h. Can you help me to remove the speed limiter or how to get the max speed ? i'm check on website http://www.rc51.org/b2a15.htm that for RC51 i don't know we can use it on 919

chuogbis, what you found on the RC51 site is different than what you may be looking for?

thank you everybody i have read the NewSol post already but that guy put the banner NewSol on the wiring he connect that why we can not see clearly, for the ECM of RC51 that say a gray connector & a black connector but the true thing is when i open my bike i see the gray connector black&white wire B2 i can find it very easy but on the black connector at A15 in the document for RC51 it is unused but on my bike it on used that why i don't know what is going if i connect it toghether somebody can help me

Even with the vast knowledge the members here possess we have never had to deal with a problem such as yours. Their is no reference in our Honda shop manual/wiring diagrams.

That said: Your best chance for help would be the UK Hornets Nest. I seem to recall this limiter problem was discussed.
