Lightbulb Sold my 919

I just sold my 02 919 for $3800, an 02 with 10,900 miles. I listed it on Craig's list for $4000 and the first guy to respond bought it.I Just didn't ride it enough, 8000 miles in six years. I will be posting what parts are left in the next couple of days.

Sorry to hear. We're losing a 9er rider, but gaining another.

I'm interested to hear what parts you have

In retrospect, I sold my '02 too cheaply... I listed it at 3300 and the guy didn't even argue and gave me 3300. I had bought it < 2 years prior for 3000.

The market for used bikes is simply better now.

I sold my first one (03) with almost 17k miles on it and it went for $3600 on craigslist when nothing was selling. Current bike is much nicer if I say so with 7k miles. I bet it would get $4k plus on craigs around here.

On my 2nd niner! 2wheels are better than 4

I had an F4i, but I sold that last weekend. Currently don't have a bike anymore.

Looking for a Street Triple. The 919 changed me, and now I'm looking to buy a bike that is somewhat similar to it, only nicer. :P

I spent some seat time on my best friends Daytona 675, its pretty impressive. I imagine the S3 675 to be equally as amazing! Although he really likes my 9'er, i think the tq really surprises people.

New design or older?
They are good and fun, albeit quite uncomfortable for me (even with an upgraded sargent seat)

Good luck!

New or old design? Do you mean the new headlights or the round headlights? That's pretty much all has changed with the bike since it came out in 2008.

I don't have an awesome Super Duke haha. Wish I did though. I wonder how much it would cost a 22 year old to insure one of those things anyway...
