SLC tire shtuff...

So i know this was recently discussed, but since there is a few of you Salt lakers here, can someone give me an idea of a place to contact that charges less than 40+ for a tire mount and balance? within a reasonable distance...

Rick's Cycle.. last time I did them there it was $25 per for mount and balance.. plus they charge for weights... but that was last year I think? 4 months earlier it was only $20.. so who knows what they were charging this year? I had a set balanced at Honda/Suzuki of Salt Lake in May. I Mounted those myself at a friends RV shop using his rim clamp. I forget what they charged me.... I think it was $7 or 10 per + weights for just the balance. I was quoted $90 at the BMW place in N. Salt Lake over the phone.. and that was carry in wheels. I said.. um.. no thanks! For that money I'd expect them to pull the wheels too. Guess if ya ride a BMW or Aprilia or whatever they sell there?

Anyway... let us know if ya find something better.

As far as BMW goes they told me. "we really arent interested in servicing a honda"... ya know, changing tires gets your BMW specific mechanics panties in twist... really thats what they said.. i laughed and hung up. ANYhow, i called ricks.. dont remember an answer.
