Shipping a bike from Canada to Colorado?

Is it going to be a PITA? It's a racebike so no title to deal with. Can't seem to find any companies or get an estimate

Usually crossing the border is a huge pita. Good luck!

Good luck keeping it; there are now cops showing up on race days checking VIN numbers and titles, even on race bikes.

Race bike w/ no VIN, is that ok - Cycle Forums: Motorcycle and Sportbikes Forum

Awww yesss.....I always enjoy CB's input

Just get ur across the border minus the fuel tank full of drugs or explosives and ur good unless you try to sell it...no cop in Oregon/Washington gives a shit about bikes unless they are on the road or competing professionally(pulled over and ticketed many times for the wrong bike, which means whip walks)....

It will need a VIN to be exported and imported. Race bike or not. When I cross the line with my bike in my truck, they check the VIN and my registration to make sure the numbers match.

Thanks for the tip on how good of an idea it is to have a clean VIN.

Sounds like more trouble than it's worth, even if it is one of Roland Sands 450 GP bikes with factory Yoshimura parts in excellent condition.
