Sargent Seat

My seat is done and should be back by this weekend. They installed SuperCell foam in the rider's seating position, widened and dished the seat, leveled the riding platform, created a solo rear, covered the seat in CarbonFX with black trim and installed a red welt. They did not do anything special to the passanger section at my request, my wife has a 599 and I always ride solo. Can't wait for it to get here. Here is the picture of my seat they sent me on a bike they borrowed for the picture, I have the 06.

That is exactly what I had in mind without the red piping, love that solo look. Please find out if Sargent will be keeping this design for future reference.

I'm going to order one as soon as there is no hope for any riding for at least a week. Shouldn't be much longer.

Thanks for the update and pic.

Beautiful seat...if it compares in comfort to the Corbin, I'm all over it!

That is awesome, it looks like they cut out a place where you can slide back into for more support, I love it. I am doing that.

If anyone is interested or has questions contact Rudi toll free @ 1-800 749-7328 or [email protected] They sent me a couple of samples of piping and covering materials so you can mix and match to suit your own taste. This is the first design but I think they might do another for the passanger for anyone who rides 2 up.

+1
The seat looks great! I'm not a fan of piping either, but I bet it will look really nice on your '06.
Very interested to hear a ride report when you get the seat. Be sure to post pics of your bike with it installed.

I take it that was your original seat? How much did it cost?

It was my original seat. They gave me a deal where I was the first one but he should have pricing ready soon.
