Right Stock Rearset for 919?

Would anyone happen to have the stock right hand rearset laying around for a 2006 919 that you'd like to get rid of?

I just discovered today that mine is slightly bent inward and I'm thinking of trying to bend it back out but I don't want to try it until I know I can get one to replace it pretty quickly before I break it.

It needs to be the same/color as the 2006, I don't know if they were different colors for different years but they seem to have three different part numbers for different years so there must be some difference.

Thanks guys,

You're in luck. I just happen to have one, which I got off EBay. The guy included it with the rear brake caliper, so now I have it. They do have different colors (slight). The one I have is a bit darker than my '03, but I'm not sure what year this one came off of. Maybe we can meet up at one of those TWT Meetings.

You got my number.

That's amazing Rob!
Are you planning to make one soon? I can probably just plan to meet you somewhere near your house some time soon.
Here's the deal, if mine will bend okay then I don't need it, but if it breaks then I need one right away because it will break off right where it mounts to the frame. Then I don't have front pegs, break lever or anything.

I actually don't need it, and was gonna post it up here in the 4sale section. I juast haven't had the time to bother with it. go ahead and call me. I won't be able to meet up tomorrow, or this week for that matter, because of end-of-the-month deadlines, but next week will probably work out.

Okay great Rob I've still got your cell number. I'll just wait until next week to try to bend it then I'll give you a call if I have a problem.

Were you planning to make any of the TWT meets soon?

I'm looking to do some riding this weekend but I'm not sure yet when I'll be able to, but I will be able.

Thanks,
Jim

Humblerider from TWT is trying to get this ride going on Labor Day http://www.twtex.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20668

I can't do any riding this weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) because I have my daugher this weekend till 6pm Sunday. All my time is dedicated to her!

But I was thinking about joining up on this ride.

Also, there's a guy on the MH that wants to do a ride on the Blue Water Highway, between Galveston and Freeport, that may happen on Monday as well.

I'm more for the forest ride in this heat.

I'll tell you what. Give me a call tomorrow morning or Friday morning, and I'll try to drop it off at your work. You can meet me in front of your office. Each morning I need to drop off my GF at work, which is by Shepard & Westheimer, so I can take Memorial Drive to shepard and meet you on the way there, or on the way back. She usually goes to work between 10-12 noon.
