Rear Set Question

Could be a stupid question....

Do any of the aftermarket Rear Sets have a setting that is equal to the stock peg setting..... or at least VERY close to stock.

Just thinking about this winters mods......... and I would like a more positive feeling shifter, but I dont want anymore of an aggresive riding position....

Thanks

it's been a looooong time since i posted the offset comparison chart

only one aftermarket set came close w/ the mod being 10 back i think, other than that the closest you get is 10 up 10 back

since then i think maybe 2 more rearset options have popped up but i don't believe either of them got close to stock

the style and performance rearsets got close w/ the 10 back setting but the quality just wasn't there as i recall

there may be more recent info, if so, others will chime in no doubt

also, protek is a local company that might fab up a custom set if you like

fwiw, the satos surprised me, the setup feels a little more comfortable than the stock pegs even w/ the up and back setup (both at min settings) and it does give you that extra clearance when cornering (no feeler pegs and a tad more room)

i also find it MUCH easier to get off the bike some (which is saying something for me ) w/ the satos vice the stock rearsets

if'n you like, you're welcome to ride my 9r w/ the satos just to get a feel...course the you break it you bought it rule applies but i'm not worried about that seeings as how you have a newer, good looking 9r w/ the coolerst custom graphic around

downside of the satos, the stock peg bolts bend under pressure...pressure being big guys like us...i've swapped mine out 2x
