question about selling 919 parts

I have a question that I'd like to ask the community before I go any further.

I have a bunch of stock 919 parts that I just don't see myself ever using again or wanting to store. Even if I sell the bike, I am too lazy to put it back to stock status.

The parts are in very good condition with low miles, meaning they aren't junk. Note that I am not a fan of selling things just because it takes time and well, my free time is valuable to me.

So, my question: is it worth selling forks, rotors, a front wheel and calipers on ebay? Has anyone had any luck with this? Ebay sucks sometimes because even if parts don't sell, you still have to pay them. And I always put a reserve now because I've been screwed before by not putting one. Thoughts?

IMO I would like to see those parts listed here and over on project919. Give the regular 919 members first shot at those items. Less change of problems to you and the buyer.

I think dadogs is going to rip your head off and spit down your throat unless you sell him that wheel.

EDIT: I agree with Mike on this one...give the community a shot before offering parts to the unwashed masses on ebay.

I am totally down to sell to this great community first, I was hoping you guys would say that. I'll post parts and pics in the For Sale section soon.

dadogs, I take it you want a stock 919 front wheel? It's in EXCELLENT shape.

You may want to say...."Prior to shipping, the seller views the shape of this wheel as excellent"

Sniper, I don't have a rear shock. I wish I did because that would probably mean I had an Ohlins. I am posting what I have with pics in the For Sale section soon.

Exclamation Stock rear shock

Sniper,
I have a stock 919 rear shock. Yes, that means I also have an Ohlins.
PM me and maybe we can swing a deal on the red one.
