Paging Pvster...pick a color...

Hey Pvster...got off early today (been work everyday for weeks...) and was in the mood to hit the shop.

I've got your stand all fitted up...need to add the "L" brackets then hit it with paint...got a preference? Probably gonna rattle can it...flat black? hot pink?

as I stated in my classified thread...I did take measurements as i went. I'll put the plans together and post for others to build.

If you scroll down in the thread below you'll see how it works...

you guys are horrible

GB, that's awesome and very kind of you. since you insist, flat black is perfectly fine with me! we might have to compensate for the jealousy on the board though and throw in some pink/purple since that's what andrew and rmb clearly craves for

Took measurements as I went and will model it tomorrow in SolidWorks. Then I'll make a drawing with notes and dimensions. Give me a day or so...end of quarter is less than 4 hours away and then I'll have some breathing time...

We have a shared Dropbox folder where we house a bunch of files related to the site (mostly 919 specific). PC3 software and all the maps we've been able to get our hands on, service manual, some templates of the tank pads we've done a group buy on in the past, etc.

It's mostly just used by a few moderators and some folks that have offered heavy input to the site. We've had a few issue with folks deleting files lately so I'm putting a kibosh on sharing it with new folks, but that doesn't mean that whatever is in there can't be shared. If you need the maps or service manual, etc. just send me a PM and I'll send you a link to download it.

Oh, I wondered what was going on. I kept seeing the "****.ext" was deleted..." and thought, "why delete maps?"

On topic, I hope the OG's Solidworks model does make it into the Dropbox. I might like to make a metal or fiberglass version just for fun.

That was probably McRomo; he's been doing updates and adding comments to a bunch of files.

I'm not worried about what's currently in there I have a recent backup. What I might do it put all of it in a .zip file and share that out. Would be a large download, but then anybody can grab it as it would be read-only.
