I don't think that is adequate.
Due to the extreme criticality, I'd want at least two full sets of spares.

LOL, Great find. I sent the seller a question asking if this mod has been tested on a 919 and how it worked.

I got an answer:

Hello.

Thought that the CB 919 has o2 sensor like the European model has.

I am sorry, thank you

At least he was honest....and looks like he ended the auction.

There is no oxygen sensor on any of the 919, or 900 Hornets.

However the black ones are faster than other colours, or colors depending on your preference!

WTF? The 919 doesn't have an O2 sensor??? How do you run decent FI without an O2 sensor?

Could a bung be welded in and an 02 sensor be installed for use with the PCIII?

Gloss metallic black. The matt ones are fast but not as fast as the gloss ones due to the paint not being so slippery, but they are more stealth and can sneak up on you.

You do not need an O2 sensor to have a successful FI setup.

Same way you run a carb with no O2 sensor, meter the fuel with the air and go!

A feedback system would be nice, but this system is cheap and reliable.

Yeah, I know it's not 'required'.... but an O2 sensor would allow the system to compensate for any mistakes. No wonder we get the smell... makes perfect sense.

I'm wondering now if I can add a wide band when I put in the PCIII

The only thing Honda uses the 02 sensors for as OEM equipped is to lean out steady state cruising rpms effectively killing your roll-on acceleration and throttle response

But if you wax the gloss that adds weight and then the matte color is faster.

Yea, but the wax builds up in the natural imperfections of the matte clearcoat without filling them in and creates a better turbulent flow allowing the bike to go faster.

Why complicate a system that works fine as-is? The PC3 doesn't need the input from an o2 sensor, and can tune the fuel ratio just fine. KISS principle...

PCV would be cool.... I'm also starting to think about just using a Mega Squirt. It would be more work but I would be able to control my ignition and use an O2 sensor which would be awesome.
