Note on the Bafflectomy

I just did a bafflectomy. All in all easy. I followed the directions but found that the center pipe has much more than spot welds on my 2006. There were two probably half inch long welds holding each one in. They took some force to break free, tearing the plate that they hook into also. Not concerned, just though I would post and let people know. Sounds nice though.

I noticed the same. Also drilling out the two circular cuts took much longer and a lot more effort than I thought it would - perhaps I didn't have the right quality hole saw.
All done now and I'm very pleased with the results.
