Newbie Mrs Maloney's first bike

My wife lorna has realised a dream and ticketed one off her bucket list with this purchase last R&R.

2005 Honda VTR250 less than 4000km and very tidy for $3000 Aus which is peanuts in US dollars now our Aussie dollar is so cheap.
The PO had quickly progressed to bigger bikes and it sat in a garage unlicensed for a period. Lorna loves it to bits. I had to ride the little VTR 70km to our home along the hwy and it reminded me of my little Suzuki GP125 I had as a teen; gave me a huge smile. They go really well for a first bike.
I gave Lorna three lessons over our break and she went really well apart from the normal stalling the engine; plus we are still friends.
Lorna has had three rider school lessons and will probably need another few before attempting her license. It's exciting seeing someone you love fulfill a dream especially after having to live it vicariously for so long.

Cheers Guy's. Lorna been around the scene off and on for a while now. She has an ambition to have a crack swinging (no funny comments) on a road racing sidecar. Definitely in her blood.
