Newb 919 questions

I'm not new to bikes... But haven't owned this model before now. I'm planning a 1K mile round trip haul in a few weeks and need some gear opinions.

I'm missing the right side bar end and the bar seems to vibrate more than normal because of it. Can anyone point me to a place to pickup a good aftermarket set - or are the stock ones OK?

The previous owner installed Dunlop D208s. They have good tread left so I'll leave them alone. the back tire is currently set at 35psi, front is at 30. Most of my riding is interstate, what pressure do you all recommend? With gear I weigh in at 160 - 165lbs.

I'm looking for a fly screen. There are a few threads already about this... But if someone could throw a recommendation my way that won't break the bank it would be appreciated.

I need a bag of some sort for my trip. I'll have a pair of shoes, and 2 sets of cloths with me. I'd rather not backpack the trip. I'm looking for a cheap tank, or tail bag that's waterproof. The bag won't see much use so cost effective is a must.

The right side mirror is off... and the threads are stripped out of the master cylinder. I'm assuming to put a new mirror on the MC will need to be replaced, or drilled, tapped, helicoiled, etc. I'm leaning towards bar end mirrors... not worried about the price on these as they'll be used for more than my once or twice a year pilgrimage to my brothers place. Tips?

I've been looking for a good Textile Jacket and over pants. Teknic has a jacket called 'tornado' that has a zip out liner, and good padding. If there is a reason to stay away from this Jacket / brand please let me know.

Thank you all for helping a noob out.

Cycle Gear is a good place for most of what you are looking for.

An alternative is, you can get the ultimate bar ends at TwistedThrottle.com and good inexpensive gear, tank bags, etc can be had at motorcyclecloseouts.com

It's better to have loved and lost than live with the psycho for life!

I ordered a Corbin tail bag yesterday. After reading a few threads here regarding tail bags it seemed like a good choice.

thanks you all for the tips!

I'm partial towards CRG barend mirrors. You will also need the CRG internal adapter.
