To me it's like leaving the window sticker on a new car - it must go! No big deal really, it just makes for a much cleaner look.

Well i got 12000 miles on the old one but there was nothing wrong with the old one other than a few spots where i let the rust get to it .I felt it was time for a change.. I didn't change the sprocket cuzz the OEM sprocket 43t thats on there now only has 2000 miles on it, and I just got a new 17t front sprocket to make sure my front end doesn't come up.. <<<< I'm not saying it cant be done but that 15 / 44 set up I had on there was only leading me to the dark side..

What the heck, why not? Because in another 12k miles, you're going to have the shop put another chain on, and soak you for another $45 that would have bought your chain tool. In another 12K miles, you'll have no chain tool and no knowledge or experence, and still be depandant on someone elce.

The warning stickers need to go. They age VERY badly. Especially the one on the tank. I've seen 20 year old tank stickers schrivel up, taking the paint underneath with it, ruining an otherwise very nice old tank.
