well barber got snowed out today, and with the way the weather is lately, we figured we make the long trip 1st instead of going to jersey, and reduce the risk of riding in the cold or even worse, having the event canceled.

I live in Tacoma, close enough to Pac Raceways (did you check out my pics of shots taken there and Bremerton and Woodburn on my MySpace link below?). I'll have to come up there on May 13th. Still too wimpy to race but I'll go to watch.

And speaking of going fast, I just found this video on YouTube today although it's been posted for a year. I just had to keep watching it. The video is only 58 seconds long. The guy is on a 919 (I'll assume). He takes off. I kept watching it and noting his shift points (can't see the tach, only speedo). He shifts to 2nd at 70, to 3rd at 85, to 4th at 95, to 5th at 115, to 6th at 120, then backs off at about 127! (All in miles per hour, MUCH faster than I have taken mine yet!) I just keep wondering why he revs it so high before he shifts. I'm guessing he is taking it to redline every time. You veteran 919 owners may not be too moved by this video, but it sure got me all worked up! Now I wanna go try this somewhere on an early Sunday morning before the traffic comes out.

Yes, that's a nesba date. Nesba will be at Rd Atl on the 10th thru the 12th of April. Myself and my 2 partners are paid and almost ready to go. We still gotta fit track plastics, and I'm still waiting on my pretty new wheels.

Please don't try it on the street.
That's what track days are for...

Just sayin...

You'll have a blast on the Priller. Just make sure to get the suspension tuned trackside...

Post lots of pics...
