Lil Red still running strong

Yesterday marked 15 months for my Lil Red and I have not had a single problem or repair except for what I BROKE. My Shinko ~ 009 tires now have 13,000 miles and still ride good.

That's great, Dickey.
I'm happy to hear that my rack went to such a deserving bike!

Congrats on 20k I will hit 25K on the way home from work tomorrow. but It doesn't count, because I bought the bike at 13,975. But I have only had the bike 6 months and 1 week so 11k in that time isn't half bad i guess.

Red Marks

To glance at when I see ole Smokey in the bushes.
One dot is 60 and the other is 70. The writing on the speedo is too small for these ole blue eyes.
The green rag is wet each day to clean bugs off my face shield. And the piece of in door-out door carpet keeps the keys from rattling and marking up the triple.
Red is strictly a daily driver.
I've put 9,000 on my truck in the same time span and this includes 2 trips to Va.Beach since Thanksgiving.
Oh, did I say I loved my Red bike?

That's a good idea. I keep several of those alcohol-based safety glasses cleaning pads in my jacket pocket, but I have to stop, unzip the pocket, open the package, use it, then stuff the trash in my pocket.

I do not see it that way. I feel bad because I HAVEN'T rode more. I am planning a trip for the end of the month that will total a minimum of 2k. Its 760 miles on way. Then all of the extra running around to see family.
