Or, you can buy one of these today. If the weather ever drys up, I'm going to take one for a test ride. BTW: It is a MV Agusta Brutale 910R

We've got the MT-01 in Canada but yeah the Cafe version would be over the top.

I think there's so much stuff on that NAS that would need to be diluted for the street it'd turn into a Firestorm(Superhawk for you guys) with a bikini fairing.

WOWOW..... is that a honda twin prototype? I have never seen such a beast. Aside from the corny bling-bling wheels that thing is the damn coolest motorcycle design I have seen. I think, anyway. I have seen a lot.

I'm with dadogs, I want the first one. It was on display at Daytona a few years back. I think it would make an excellent Superhawk upgrade.

you could have bought the mv augusta company a couple of months ago for 1 euro. no joke. (of course you would have had to assume the company's 160 million euro debt...)

It was a proto type that Honda displayed at the 2000, 2001, or 2002??? World Super Bike Race @ Laguna Seca. They were doing market research and there was a questionare to fill out asking how you liked it.

Its a pretty trick bike, lots of Carbon Fiber, billet Aluminum, etc. the front suspension is a mono shock which doubles as the steering head. Lots of cool stuff. The motor is from an RC51.

I only dream Honda would have produced this thing. It looks even better up close.

That bike would give Buell something to worry about... and worry they should.

A lot of people seemed to think that at the time of introduction, but I've never seen proof of that. It was deemed at the time the Superhawk replacement/upgrade. Here's some pretty good info on it:

I slipped into my local shop today to grab a front stand and SCHWING! one of the boys had his Brutale out front. Simliar flat gray color as the Nine, but the whole package is just so flippin' sexy. Those big ass front forks are the mut's nuts. But only in the titanium color scheme and without the flyscreen and I'm not totally sold on the droopy headlight. Now with a double set up..... Darn near leg humped her on the way out! Sad thing is the owner doesn't street ride any more. Only trackdays and racing now. Heard he may want to sell, though.

My buddy just got the 910R. Got #1 off the production line. ordered it about a month before they shipped them. Think he could sell it for 5-10k more then he bought it for. Have not ridden it yet. Will report back

God, did that get beat by an ugly stick! I mean truly look at it. Nothing on it seems to go together.

+1
RxRC, you really have to see the Brutale in person. It is one fine looking Italian machine. Pics never seem to do it justice.

Could be I guess... Prototypes all ways look much nicer than the production stuff. Not to keen on the production bike. Looks the same as almost all other nakeds.

God forbid me from saying that about our 919 cult though. You guys have the best looking bikes in the world. Don't wanna stir the hornets nest...
