Hrmmm.. rearsets!

Hey folks,

I'm thinking of buying new rearsets for my 919. I like the Sato's and Rizoma's, but I'm curious about the WR, Coerce, and Style & Performance. I can find the WR set, but no reviews. They seem to be the most aggressive of the bunch. The Coerce set isn't adjustable. The only person I remember having a Coerce set is 9ineteen...but he recently went with Sato's. The EMA 919 has Style & Performance rearsets, but I can't find them anywhere... help!

WR's and COERCE brands are one of the same. The WR's are the adjustable version. Both offer value for what you get. I really liked my COERCE fixed rearsets but the 9er occasionally has a passenger so I settled on the SATOs. I had originally ordered the Rizomas, but decided that their intricate design didn't suit what I was after.

Yeah, I'm tempted to buy those WR Battle rearsets...

Anyone do the 900rr exhaust setup with aftermarket rearsets? I'm eye-balling a Akrapovic system...

You've probably read my glowing reports of how I love the Rizomas already, expensive they are though but so look so cool and the function is great...

sbeau, I really like the Rizomas. For a while, I was between the Satos and Rizomas. But like 9nineteen pointed out, they are quite intricate. Well...that's my excuse not to splurge on them and I'm sticking to it. :P

Stock rearsets are good for street riding. I think you'll get more bang for your buck with video games.

Put Guitar Hero 3 on your list.

I have Guitar Hero 2, 3 and Rock Band for 360... Rock Band parties are fun. I'm hoarse by the end of the night...

I'll probably pick up a set of WR Battles in a couple of weeks... I have my CRG levers coming in this week.

You really messed up if you bought a bundle with MGS3, as MGS4 was just released last week. Although I guess that's what you meant. What are your thoughts so far on the game?

I bought it the day it was out, but I must be getting old. Still enjoy video games, just have a hard time getting into them like I used to. With that said I'm about a 1/2 hour into the game, probably will be put on the back burner until next winter.

Hah..you guys are going to laugh at me. As it stood on my desk at work, buyer's remorse sunk in. I ended up returning it after work. I hadn't even opened it. I'll probably pick one up later down the line. Now, back to rearsets!
