HP, Fun, "reasonable" price....

If you really want to have some fun and some silly HP to weight numbers, the current crop of literbikes is selling very poorly in most areas (so, if they are selling well in your area, just have one shipped to you). You can get 08, brand new, ZX10's for under $9,000 OTD. What about comfort??? An LSL superbike bar kit from Speigler, for about $500 you get everything you need to bolt it on. The 08-09 ZX10 (mine is an 07) is amazing out of the box, and probably needs nothing more than a set of brake lines to meet anyones street needs and many peoples track needs. The CBR is also an incredible bike (I just don't like its "face").

Just a thought for those folks wanting something a bit wild, but still comfortable.

don't think you can lower the pegs enough for me to be able to ride for more than 10 minutes.

of course, i only need 9 seconds at a time... (on a ZX10, anyway.)

I've rode m mates 05 ZX10 and it was quick.Like 102 in first quick. The riding position dont suit me,i had thought of buying one and fitting a confort kit but i think i'd get locked up.A biker hear just got 6 months in prison for doing 122 in a 60 with his son on the back.

Those are some outrageous prices. If only I wasn't paying for a bike car and college.

It's not salt you feel stinging.

What you are feeling is the heart of this country being ripped out through its asshole.
