Here are some pics of my new Hepco Becker Journey 42 liter side bags, with SW Mototech quick disconnect hardware. Thanks to www.tellicomoto.com for the bags.

+1 Looks good and they match nicely. They will give the 9'er much more functionality.

Yeah they come in silver and black i think.. maybe other colors.. the silver matches the 919 perfectly... the piece can be removed to be painted also to match other colors. I got sw-mototech rear rack and 30 liter rear tail trunk coming too.. but its backordered till october..

Looks nice. How are those cases priced compared to Givi. Am considering getting some cases or bags for my ride. I looked at the site you linked to and could not find those.

You have to call Mike or email him at Tellico Motorcycle outfitters.. tell him python sent ya.. he was cheaper then any other sites I found. You can price em here.. http://www.eurotechmotorsports.com/ thats the us importer for hepco & becker.. but price em with mike over at www.tellicomoto.com , tell him python sent ya and he hook you up..

heres link to the bags..

here was some more i was debating on.. but decided to go with the journeys..

if you go with hepco & becker bags.. dont get their hardware.. i'd recommend sw motech quick diconnect hardware and their hepco becker adapter kit.. the whole thing quick disconnets hardware and all.. where as hepco and beckers hardware stays on when the bags are off.

FYI: just on the basis of indicated list prices :

Hepco-Becker 42 liter Journey side cases and SW/Motech quick-lock racks would cost around $795.

A top case and SW/Motech top rack would add about $300 more.

Going all GIVI (have to use a top rack to fit the side case racks and the 41 liter side cases) would cost slightly less (maybe 20 dollars less). Because the top rack is already fitted, adding a top case would add about $200 more.

It winds up being a matter of what look and features you like better and what deals below these list prices you can find. Start dialing.

I liked the Hepco Becker bags over the Givi.. thought they were more stylish.. if you decide to go with Givi.. you can still get the swmotech quick diconnect hardware.. just get the givi adapater brakets.. the givi hardware doesnt quick disconnect..
