Hey, 4manhilt
That looks like the fairing from a Yamaha XT660, But their not availible in the U.S. I have been trying to get my hands on that set up since I saw a pic of a custom RC 51 called a viper at

www.michiganimaging.com/RC51/viper.htm

I tried to get my local yamaha dealer to see if they could get me the parts but they couldn't. But I did manage to get the part numbers from a UK yamaha dealer but they wouldn't ship over seas. So here are the # they gave me let me know if you have anymore luck than I did in getting the parts.

It won't fit outright but with some fabricating I'm sure it can be made to fit. I e-mailed the company that made the Viper and asked about using those parts for the 919 and this was the responce I got.

"Dear Sir, cordial one thanks for your Mailing.
Excuse they the late answer.
The front lining was manufactured particularly for the viper.
For the CB 900 F Hornet we have unfortunately no mounting plate made.
Orginal the armatures fit not behind the viper mask
I give you however gladly one tap!! The front mask comes from the Yamaha
XTZ 660!! If we this mounting plate and mask with us manufacture cost
the front lining kompl. approx. euro 1000.00

Yours sincerely
Erich Peter

PVM Peter Velos Motos"

I got the last part "approximately 1000 euro!!" Take the pic to a fabricator, bet you can get it made for less than half that...

the real question is what the total cost of the parts list that wraith53089 came up with? due to the design of the screen and head lamp any mount brakets would be hidden. theoreticly they would just have to work - not look good. if i could get the before mentioned parts i probably would fab the brakets myself. any way, im still waiting to hear what str8htjacket's friend comes up with. i used yamaha's web site to search euro dealers and then emailed a few to see if they would ship these parts. i have yet to get a response.

... we'll see...

I think fabing some brackets should be easy enough, like 4manhilt said the brackets will be hidden and with a few of us brain storming on this we can come up with a cool new look for the 919. Now its all up to str8 and his friend in England to find a place that will ship the parts.

That Viper is absolutely SICK!!!
I agree that the Yamaha 660 fairing would look pretty damn sharp on the 919! A racy new look. I just did the dual headlamp/Buell flyscreen this weekend, otherwise I'd be right there with you on this one!
