Good Deal on '06

Found this on the Indianapolis Craigslist today, not a bad deal for an almost new bike if someone wants to do some cosmetic repair. I'll be glad to go check it out if anyone's interested...

2006 Honda 919 - $5500

2006 Honda 919, Excellent mechanical condition, with some cosmetic faults. Jardine R1 exhaust and Gorilla Alarm System. Bike was previously stolen, but completely checked over by Dreyer Honda. During this stint the bike was NOT layed down. However, after that the bike was layed down at walking speed on a freshly grated steep gravel driveway. So some minor cosmetic faults, but mechanically perfect with fresh oil change. Miles approx. 4300. Bike priced accordingly.

I don't think so... I paid $6300 for an 06 last year with under 500 miles. With no damage. It looks like this one has quite a bit of cosmetic damage. It may be worth under 5K.

Apparently it fell twice. On both sides.

It was layed down, then he decided to turn it over on the other side. One incident, nevertheless.

I had a 200 foot long grave driveway up a hill with a nice left hand curve in it. Now it's CONCRETE. Best $12K I've ever spent.

Kind of cool leaving darkies on your own driveway.
