Getting ready to spend money...

I plan on riding right into November if it does not snow here in New England. The off season is gonna cost me a bit of money but I think I have planned what I wanna do to the 9'er. I love this bike, its my first 919 and I think I wanna be buried with it.

My to do list,

Powder coat the rims body color
Jet coat the pipes (black chrome)
Body colored belly pan
Body colored wind screen.....any opinions on this?
Body color solo seat cover
Grab bar eliminator kit (the woman likes the Road Star better)
Ultra low bars
I'm going to design some signal lights into the bar end mirrors and eliminate the fork mount signals

So, till next season this is the way it stays. The before shot I guess. I will continue to post pics of course

IMHO, you have one of the best, if not the best powder coater/jet coater near you in E. Hartford. Central Connecticut Coatings ... ask for Scott. They don't cut corners and do it right.

It's better to have loved and lost than live with the psycho for life!

Occationally someone will have an issue with the lower triple rusting. I'd at least consider powder coating that while you're at it.

If you are going to replace the front indicators with bar end indicators make sure you remove the original indicator brackets.

You have to dismantle the trees to get access to the bracket, might aswell get them powdercoated while your there.

If your going to start mucking around with the front end i highly recommend downloading the 919 shop manual, someone posted it a while ago

good luck

If you're riding in cold weather invest in some Gerbing electric clothing. I got the gloves and they are worth their weight in gold.
