While the hub diameter and bolt circle look the same, the '03 rotor diameter is 310mm as opposed to the 919's 296mm. In order to make them work adapters must be made / purchased to space the calipers further out. I have no idea if the offset (dish of the carrier) is the same. It can be done, but will not just bolt on.

I just looked up a thread in which xrcajun did something similar:
https://www.wristtwisters.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=10545
He had adapters made and may have a source for them.

If it has already been done, it is safe to assume it is possible to do it.
On the other hand, if it has not been done never assume it is impossible to do it.

Go to Ron Ayers site:
http://www.ronayers.com/

Look up the part number for your rotor. Then on the home page, put that number into "Where does this part fit?" search. It will show you all the bikes that rotor is compatible with.

Interesting.
I did the F4i fork swap four years ago using an '04 fork from a CBR600F4i and my original wheel. The forks came with the brake rotors and everything bolted right up. Now you've got me wondering about rotor-caliper interface.

I plan to die young, as late as possible.

No worries as long as you used the rotors that came with the forks -- they're already matched up to the calipers. You would have known of any problems at the first pad change. Now, with the 919 rotors ... that's another kettle of fish.
